Just had to post Donna Hay's beautiful, perfect Pavlova, as attempted on the first episode of Australian Master Chef tonight, my mother is the master Pav maker but they have never looked like this petit little lady. I am totally inspired to give it a go - the contestants had to cook Donna's receipe but got to pick their own toppings, Mum used to finish ours off with grated Peppermint crisp which was always abit of a favorite.
