AURA in Croatia

La Luna Sydney

Loving the Flos lights, above and the musky pink carpet below.

The lovely new La Luna store in Cronulla, Sydney. Owned by Tracy Collins and designed by our very own Matt Sheargold (who designed our AURA instore display in Myer Sydney city store) from Sheargold Design. The inspiration for La Luna is "Bourdoir Elegance" and romantic and feminine interiors - think Matt certainly covered that look! I'm not usually a pink girl but i find myself totally inspired by the gorgeous dusky pink carpet! 

Hand Crocheting

Lovely ladies - crocheting in the outskirts of Delhi at leisure - our new AURA hand crocheted cushions are just gorgeous -I think we need a few colours in these as I would definitely like some for home!

The Waiting City

Today i'm off to a Premiere of the new Movie The Waiting City - set in Calcutta, India - I cant "wait", judging by the images above it is going to be a feast for the eyes, and full of beautiful inspiration!

Beautiful behind the scenes shots from Kate Spades new Home Collection. I love the simplicity of the last one - very monotone and super stylish - but also really appreciate the mood and saturated colour in the other simple shots. 

Dreaming of India

I've been dreaming of India and taking the AURA team to Rajasthan to shoot our next Winter 2011 catalogue in the beautiful pink city of Jaipur. The amazing Haveli's of Jaipur are private homes that used to be owned by Marwaris, they usually feature an internal courtyard and have been very decoratively painted with Frescos. What a perfect backdrop for our next collection. The shots above are from a select few including Umaid Mahal, Samode Haveli, Alsisar Mahal, all wonderful. Fingers Crossed!
